TERMS OF SALE

We must receive full payment of the goods before your order is confirmed. An email will be sent once we have dispatched goods to you.

You can pay via debit, credit card via our payment facility powered by Stripes or Paypal

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

We will return or exchange any item within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned undamaged, with all labels still attached.

We are entitled to refuse a returned item or to send it back to customer if the item appears to have been used or no longer has the original labels attached.

Returning an item will incur a charge

The shipping charge will be deducted from the amount refunded.

To prevent fraud, we will refund the amount to the same credit/debit card or paypal payment that was used to place the order. We are entitled to retain the refund until we have received the items or proof of return of the items has been presented to us whichever is earlier.

Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your refund.

We cannot exchange returned items for another size or item. A new order will need to be placed if you would like to change the size or item.
